Integrated Health Services Clinic

Enhance Pediatric Medical Care: Invest in modern medical equipment, including updated ophthalmoscope and infatometer, allowing providers to perform more accurate assessments, improve patient safety, and deliver efficient, high-quality care during medical visits.
Strengthen Behavioral Health Services: Expand psychiatric clinic availability by an additional 8 hours each week to increase access to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health services for at-risk and child welfare involved children. Additional clinic hours help reduce wait times, improve continuity of care, and support earlier identification and treatment of mental health conditions.

Positive Youth Development Program

Youth Entrepreneurship Opportunities: Funding for youth entrepreneurship workshops and programming that introduces students to innovation, business concepts, leadership, and real-world skills.
College & Career Readiness: Support for programming that prepares youth for future success through educational planning, career exploration, and readiness initiatives.
Expanded Program Opportunities: The Foundation serves as a trusted partner in helping PYD access grants, funding opportunities, and community investments that strengthen youth-focused programming.

Community Youth Services (CYS) Program
The support of the Foundation Board plays a critical piece in ensuring that quality educational and enrichment programs are offered to students as part of the partnership with select schools across thirteen Harris County school districts.

College & Career Readiness – Supported college preparation seminars, 5 college campus tours, and career readiness programming that helped students explore higher education and future career opportunities in CY-Fair ISD, La Porte ISD and Klein ISD.
School Transition Programs – Helped students successfully transition into elementary, middle, and high school through summer enrichment groups focused on organization, confidence, academic success, and peer relationships in Waller ISD, GCCISD and Channelview ISD.
Social-Emotional Learning & Social Skills Groups – Funded youth programs that strengthened communication, emotional wellness, self-esteem, bullying prevention, healthy relationships, and decision-making skills in Spring ISD, Sheldon ISD, Aldine ISD, CY-Fair ISD and Sugar Creek (Community Site).
Life Skills & Leadership Development – Supported leadership development, financial literacy, job readiness, mock interviews, teamwork, and responsibility-building activities for adolescents preparing for adulthood.
Community Resource Events – Helped provide annual back-to-school resource fairs offering backpacks, school supplies, immunizations, haircuts, and connections to community services in Klein ISD.
